New to plants?
Start here.
You don’t need a green thumb to begin. You need a good match and a few habits.
1. Find your light
Check which direction your window faces. Notice when sun reaches the spot where the plant will sit, and what blocks it. Start with the space you have.
2. Choose one plant that fits
Read its window, difficulty, and pet-safety information. Beginner-friendly means more forgiving under suitable conditions, not care-free. If pets share your home, check both filters.

3. Give it a calm arrival
Inspect your plant, check moisture, and choose its first spot. Keep the nursery pot if it is doing its job; a decorative cover can wait.
4. Check, then water
Set a reminder to look at your plant. Check the growing medium before reaching for the watering can. Use its QR guide to learn how dry it should get.
5. Keep the guide close
Scan the QR code on your plant whenever you need a refresher. You can also look it up by name or SKU.
6. Ask before changing everything
A clear photo and a few details are more useful than guessing. Tell Nick what you see, where the plant lives, and what has changed.
